STORY
Aldo Manna, born in 1971, was the first Marine Engineering graduate in Italy (in 1994 from the University of Genoa in La Spezia). In the late 1990s, he designed two yachts and managed the complete refitting of storied sailing yachts for Cantieri Navali Beconcini in La Spezia. Aldo is also the founder of MCYACHT, a leading Italian yacht management and brokerage company.
From 2006 to 2019, in partnership with the OCEA shipyard, he worked on concept development and the construction of a series of aluminium superyachts, as well as creating the S.U.Y. (Sport Utility Yacht) concept with famous architect and designer Fulvio De Simoni. Outstanding organisation and communication skills are key to Aldo Manna’s success as Sales Director at Antonini Navi, coordinating and managing strategy and new product launches.
PASSION
As a boy, Aldo was an enthusiastic sailor and went on to become a skipper. He has competed in top sailing regattas, where he met his first customers.
