ABOUT

ORIGINS

In 1977, Walter Antonini acquired the Pertusola shipyard in the Gulf of La Spezia. Over the following years, the family began investing in the marine industry to leverage the strategic position of the shipyard, which in time proved ideal for the assembly of large-scale structures and therefore for major construction projects. It was a fortunate combination that drove exponential growth. Today, the Pertusola shipyard is one of the most important shipyards in La Spezia for building and refitting boats of various sizes and types.

The eastern part of the Gulf of Poets has some of the most important shipyards in the North of Italy, offering top-notch refitting and management services for yachts. It makes the La Spezia the Italian capital of yacht production and management.
