Technical Office Engineer

 

The resource, integrated within the technical office of Antonini Navi, a company operating in the nautical sector, will be responsible for supervising and managing all technical activities related to the design of structures and systems for company projects. They will serve as a reference point for the technical team, interfacing with other company functions and clients to ensure projects are carried out correctly and the quality of technical solutions is guaranteed.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with the technical office team, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

 

 

  • Manage the design and development of new boat models, accessories, and nautical components.

 

 

  • Define technical requirements and ensure correct implementation of design specifications.

 

 

  • Ensure proper management of production phases, from design to realization, collaborating with project managers and production teams.

 

 

  • Support the PM during client meetings to understand technical needs and propose innovative, customized solutions.

 

 

  • Verify compliance of boats and components with industry regulations (classification societies and flags).

 

 

  • Optimize technical and production processes, proposing improvements and innovations.

 

 

  • Manage relationships with suppliers, aiming to select optimal materials and solutions.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Degree in Naval Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

 

 

  • At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role, preferably in companies in the nautical sector.

 

 

  • Deep knowledge of industry regulations and technologies used in boat design and construction.

 

 

  • Excellent project management and technical problem-solving skills.

 

 

  • Good knowledge of major design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microstation, Rhino, etc.).

 

 

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

 

 

  • Strong team spirit and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
