Antonini Navi relies on a team of highly skilled professionals. In fact, the Technical Department consists of over twenty engineers and technicians with decades of experience in the design of oil platforms, military hulls, patrol boats, and various marine-related activities over time.

Simone Antonini was born in 1970, and he obtained a degree in Political Science from the University of Genoa, and subsequently followed the family tradition by starting to work in the company with his father, becoming quickly Chief Executive Officer.
Aldo Manna, co-founder and Sales Manager of Antonini Navi, has over twenty-five years of experience in the yachting sector between Italy and the United States. After founding MCYACHT and collaborating with Cantiere Navale OCEA, he now oversees the commercial activities of Antonini Navi, combining technical expertise with strategic vision.

PROJECT MANAGER
Enrico Ferlazzo is currently Project Manager at Antonini Navi since September 2024, after working for Ferretti Group SpA, managing after-sales activities for CustomLine yachts. He also served as an external consultant for Sanlorenzo SpA and supported Absolute Yacht's US dealer in 2019. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and is completing his MBA at Guglielmo Marconi University. Since November 2022, he has been a research assistant at ISEA Centro Studi srls.
Stefano Ratti has worked in the precision mechanical engineering sector. Since 2013, he has been collaborating with the Antonini Group as a project manager, also coordinating Antonini Navi’s technical office in the development of new projects.

PRODUCTION MANAGER
Naval systems installer at Cantieri Navali Baglietto S.p.A. since November 2021, with nearly 3 years of experience in the field.
Previously worked as a naval systems coordinator at Naval Project S.a.s. for over 18 years. In July 2024 he became Product Manager at Antonini Navi.
He holds a degree in Naval Engineering. In 1996, he worked in yacht design at Tommaso Spadolini’s studio in Florence. From 1998 to 2023, he held key production roles at AB YACHT and CANTIERI di PISA, and worked as Production Supervisor at Fincantieri. Since 2024, he has been the Production Director at Antonini Navi.

Norberto Pietrelli began his career in a financial company, first as an administrative employee and later as office manager. He is currently the administrator and financial manager at the Antonini Group, where he has worked for 33 years, overseeing significant contracts and projects.
Walter Antonini, current General Manager of the company, contributes to its development through an approach focused on innovation and the improvement of management processes, supported by the education he received at Bocconi University and Peking University.
