CONCEPT
The design study behind the UP-40 ISLAND has been focused around a master suite on the Upper Deck, unique in both style and size.
The shape of the vessel is enhanced by functional design. 80 square meters are dedicated to the owner's private cabin, a remarkable detail for a yacht measuring 44 meters in overall length.

UP40 ISLAND has been designed to connect the stern platform directly with the "beach" area and the actual cockpit of the unit: a fluid solution that effectively eliminates unevenness in daily life on board. This area was in fact designed to transform into a real private beach on the water, which can be used comfortably, without barriers of any kind, and is emphasized by the removal of the side walls of the hull.
An important spacious tender always adds a significant value to the life on board of the Owner and his guests, which is why the ISLAND features a 7-meter-long tender that is housed in the watertight hangar of transverse, easy and safe to move.
The UP 40 - ISLAND project actually offers an excellent balance between design-efficiency-safety, enhancing spaces and volumes that accommodate a surprising amount of furniture and living areas.
