In compliance with the obligations deriving from national legislation (Legislative Decree 101/2018), Personal Data Protection Code) and community law, (European Regulation for the protection of personal data n. 679/2016, GDPR) and subsequent amendments, this site respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users, putting in place every possible and proportionate effort not to infringe users’ rights.

This privacy policy applies exclusively to the online activities of this site and is valid for those who intend to subscribe to the newsletter through the online form available on the website http: // www.antonininavi.com of Antonini Navi Srl. It does not apply to information collected through channels other than this website. The purpose of the privacy statement is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information that the site collects and how it uses it.

Legal basis of the treatment

This site processes data based on consent.
